The Role
We’re looking for a Hospital Commercial Manager to join our dynamic Hospital Team at Accord. In this exciting role, your focus will be on commercializing our growing portfolio of Sterile Injectable Generics, Biosimilars and patent protected molecules. The Hospital Commercial Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Hospital Key Account Managers (KAMs) by providing analytical, administrative, and operational support from the headquarters. This role ensures the smooth execution of commercial strategies by managing contract processes, customer data, reporting, and internal coordination.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Commercial Analytics and Reporting
- Provide regular and ad-hoc sales and performance reports for the Hospital KAM team
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and sales KPIs to support strategic decision-making
- Maintain dashboards and tools for tracking account performance and contract compliance
- Contract and Tender Support
- Coordinate the setup, documentation, and lifecycle management of hospital contracts and tenders
- Ensure accurate implementation of pricing, rebates, and terms in internal systems.
- Liaise with legal, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure contract feasibility and compliance
- Customer Data Management
- Maintain and update customer master data, including hospital groups, buying rings, and pharmacy contacts
- Support segmentation and targeting efforts through data enrichment and validation
- Operation Support
- Act as the central point of contact for KAMs regarding internal processes, tools, and documentation
- Support the preparation of business reviews, customer presentations, and internal meetings
- Coordinate with supply chain and customer service
- Process Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
- Support digitalization initiatives and the adoption of new tools and platforms
The Person
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Considerable amount of experience in a commercial operations, sales support, or business analytics role, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience with contract management and tender processes in the hospital or healthcare environment
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
- Fluent in German and English
- Detail-oriented and structured working style
- Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a service-oriented attitude
