Hospital Business Manager (Scandanavia)
Role: Full-time, 15 month contract
Location: Stockholm, Sweden

The Role
Reporting to the Country Director Scandinavia, the Hospital Business Manager Scandinavia is fully responsible for the hospital business in the Scandinavian markets including;
- Develop and execute marketing strategy and activity plans
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Achieving sales and profit targets
- Independently manage all hospital tenders and ensure compliance management
- Establish relationship with key decision makers, customer groups and opinion leaders and influence tender specifications
- Support hospital business development by aligning with key opinion leaders on new products, features and added values
- Develop and execute Hospital Marketing strategy and activity plan
- Delivery of Scandinavia Hospital P&L
- Support annual financial budget hospital budget (price, volume, opex)
- Support quarterly hospital financial forecast (price, volume, opex)
- Hospital tender map management responsibility
- Hospital Tender submission responsibility
- Specification analysis and strategy
- Documentation analysis and compilation
- Price analysis and submission
- Tender award analysis and improvement initiative
- Demand and supply communication
- Hospital Tender compliance management and sales pull through
The Person
- Several years of well-founded experience in oncology and health policy
- Pharmaceutical market knowledge and expertise in oncology, study placement and biopharmaceuticals
- Long-term and successful customer relationship management in the areas
- Hospital tender management
- Creativity, contact and communication strength
- Self-responsible and independent area management
- Commercial knowledge in price and result calculation as well as contract security
- Proven and documented track record of significant success & experience in pharmaceutical industry
- practical knowledge with CRM systems
- Scandinavian tender management systems
