Salary: Start annual salary 58.700 EUR (depending on experience and qualifications) + annual Bonus
The Role
The HR Advisor’s main mission is to provide day‑to‑day operational HR support to employees and managers while ensuring the effective execution of HR processes. Working closely with the local HRBP and the Hub HR Director, the HR Advisor will provide regular support on recruitment and onboarding, training and skills development, HR systems, and the full employee lifecycle including payroll support.
More specifically:
HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle & HR Relations
- Act as the main point of contact for employees and managers regarding day‑to‑day HR questions and policies.
- Support managers in basic HR processes.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle (contracts, changes, HR system updates).
- Keep employee information up to date and ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data in the HRIS.
- Under the supervision of the HRBP, support payroll processing and/or payroll data management.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, dashboards, and documents required for decision‑making.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor legislation.
- Play an active role in harmonizing HR practices across all sites and hubs.
- Escalate complex or sensitive situations to the HRBP or Hub HR Director.
- Support HR colleagues in delivering HR services across the hub when needed.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Once the recruitment process has been validated and in collaboration with the HRBP, work with managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Proactively identify, source, and attract qualified, high‑quality candidates through various channels.
- Conduct initial skills assessments to shortlist the most relevant candidates for hiring managers.
- Manage candidate expectations and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Support new hires during their onboarding within Accord Healthcare.
HR Processes & Data Management: Performance, Talent & Development
- In collaboration with the HRBP and managers, support the objective‑setting process, annual performance reviews, and development discussions.
- Ensure deadlines are met, monitor progress of HR processes, and generate reports for the HRBP and HR Director when required.
- Contribute to employee development by helping organize training and development activities, including administrative follow‑up.
- Support managers in the use of HR systems and self‑service functionalities.
HR Evolution & Engagement
- Support the HR Director, HRBP, and managers in implementing Accord Healthcare’s HR strategy.
- Contribute to the rollout of HR initiatives and programs led by the HRBP.
- Work with the central HR team on change‑management projects by providing data, supporting employees, and contributing to organizational evolution.
- Participate in promoting Accord’s culture and support initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
The Person
- Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or Employment Law.
- 3 to 5 years of HR experience, ideally as a generalist covering all HR topics in an international industrial environment.
- Fluency in German and English is essential.
- Strong operational HR knowledge and proven experience in implementing HR processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work at both operational and strategic levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels and from diverse cultures.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand company priorities and challenges.
- Experience working with relevant business teams.
- Good command of Microsoft Office.
