Executive Analyst

Role: Full-time, permanent

Location:  Barcelona, Spain

El rol

We have a great opportunity in our Portfolio & New Product Launch (NPL) team for an Executive Analyst. In this role you will be responsible for providing strategic and analytical support for portfolio optimization and product launches to drive informed decision-making and maximize business impact.

The role focuses on shaping a smarter, more agile portfolio and ensuring launch excellence across our pipeline.

As part of your role, you’ll provide competitive insights and positioning strategies, support business planning with forecasting and strategic input, use data and analytics to improve processes and boost impact.
Working cross-functionally with various internal stakeholders you’ll identify and track performance measurements and take ownership of the development of the launch processes.

La persona

• Considerable experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong track record of managing and delivering projects on time
• Excellent project and process management skills, with experience of working with cross-functional teams, in a fast-paced matrix organisation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident liaising with all levels of authority, can navigate cultural differences with ease
• Strong analytical and reporting skills - highly numerate and computer literate
• Highly organised with excellent organisational and time management skills; high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• High level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken
• Educated to degree level in a life science subject ideally with further education in health care- or general- economics
