  • Mechanical, Electrical or Facility Maintenance related qualifications with experience of site services / facilities equipment beneficial (e.g., HVAC, LEV, water systems, boilers) but not essential – good basic maintenance skills, experience or aptitude are equally valuable.
  • Good understanding of relevant corporate, statutory and GMP requirements, including risk assessments, COSHH, permits to work, Lock out tag out and manual handling.
  • Good IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, Databases) with the ability to quickly learn new systems; experience of using a Computerised Maintenance Management System would be beneficial.

  • Well organised, able to manage own workload to meet deadlines and maintain a good eye for detail, even in a fast-paced and changeable work environment.
  • Good team player, always keen to learn and identify opportunities to improve ways of working.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) can relate to colleagues at all levels within the business and navigate cultural differences with ease.
