Digital & Social Media Coordinator

Role: Full-time, permanent

Location: Stockley Park, West London

Salary: Competitive + bonus + benefits

 

**This role will be based on site in West London, 5 days per week**

The Role

The Digital Content & Social Media Coordinator is responsible for managing our presence on social media, for collating engaging content, managing digital channels, and driving social media campaigns that enhance the Accord Corporate Brand and presence. The role is to grow audience engagement, and support organisational goals. This role combines collation of stories, corporate assets, creativity, storytelling, and data-driven optimisation to ensure content performs effectively across multiple platforms.

 

Content Creation & Digital Storytelling 

• Develop and collate high-quality content (copy, images, short videos, graphics) for social media, website, email, and digital campaigns.

• Collaborate to produce, compelling, and brand-aligned copy for posts, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to source stories, updates, and visuals that showcase key initiatives.

Social Media Management 

• Manage day-to-day operations of social media channels • Prepare, schedule, publish, and monitor social content across all platforms through an agreed Social Media contact plan

• Respond to comments and messages in line with brand tone and engagement guidelines.

• Maintain a social media calendar aligned to marketing and business priorities.

Brand & Campaign Support 

• Support digital marketing campaigns, paid social activity, and brand initiatives.

• Ensure all content is consistent with brand messaging, visual identity, and compliance requirements.

• Assist with campaign planning, brainstorming, and creative development. Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Track, analyse, and report on website, social media and digital content performance (engagement, reach, followers, conversions).

• Use insights to optimise content and suggest improvements to the digital strategy.

• Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour to inform future content plans.

Website & Digital Channel Support 

• Update website content, landing pages, and blogs using CMS tools.

• Ensure all digital content is SEO-friendly, ensures compliance and meets accessibility standards. 

Support email marketing campaigns through content creation and scheduling.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Marketing, HR, and business leaders to deliver messaging that reflects priorities and culture.

• Coordinate with creative, design, and external agency partners when needed.

• Support external and internal communications initiatives through our executive leadership team with digital assets and storytelling. 

The Person

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
  • 3+ years of evidenced experience in social media, digital content creation, or digital marketing roles.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling platforms
  • Basic design and video skills 
  • Experience managing corporate or brand social media accounts. 
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and web content management systems.
  • Understanding of paid social advertising.
  • Experience in [industry if relevant— e.g., regulated industries like pharma or financial services].
