The Role
We are seeking a motivated German speaking Customer Service Coordinator to join our Customer Service Team in Bottmingen, Switzerland.
You are the first point of contact for our customers and are happy to take on their requests, whether by phone or e-mail. Order processing is handled by our pre-wholesaler (3PL), with whom you are in daily contact as well. Your tasks include:
Receive and coordinate customer requests by phone and e-mail and provide timely and accurate responses
Management and exchange of product master and sales data (e.g. price conditions) with pre-wholesaler
Handling of product returns including credit note creation
Dispatch of product samples and their documentation in CRM system
Evaluate requests from health insurances according to art. 71 of the health insurance law regarding cost absorption/co-payment by Accord Healthcare
Support the KAM Team with offers, price lists, order forms
Support for the launch of new products
Administrative and general support to the Swiss Team (e.g. accounting, postal services, schedule coordination, procurement of office supplies)
The Person

Basic commercial training or further training in commercial field
3+ years’ experience in customer service (pharmaceutical industry or retail pharmacy advantageous)
Fluent in spoken and written German, English and French (Italian is an advantage)
Strong communication and excellent organizational skills
High degree of flexibility and resilience with regard to changing priorities and tasks
Demonstrate commitment to “get the job done” and always putting the customer first
Team-oriented and independent person with a structured and precise way of working
Excellent computer skills with MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
Experience with CRM and SAP system
