Customer Service Agent

Role: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Madrid, Spain

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to support our operations in the Spanish market, specifically serving Wholesale and Hospital channels. This role involves managing customer interactions across various platforms, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Process, manage, and follow up on orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Resolve issues related to order content, delivery discrepancies, and other logistics-related concerns.
  • Operate and manage data using ESKER and SAP systems. Familiarity with these or similar platforms, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, is highly desirable.

 

The Person

  • A kind, patient, and empathetic individual with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry, will be considered a strong asset.
  • Must have a good understanding and command of English- spoken and written
