Commercial Supply Constraint Manager

Role: Full-time, FTC (12 month Fixed Term Contract)

Location: Stockley Park, West London

Salary: Competitive + bonus + benefits

 

**This role will be 5 days on site**

The Role

The purpose of this role is to ensure that key operational and commercial priorities are clearly defined, actively managed, and delivered in line with business objectives. The role acts as a central coordination point across Commercial, Supply Chain, Planning, and Operations, driving alignment and maintaining focus on the most critical risks and opportunities.

The position is responsible for translating data and business inputs into clear priorities, maintaining oversight of progress, and ensuring timely escalation of risks and issues. It requires a balance of hands-on analysis and cross-functional leadership to ensure actions are progressed, blockers are addressed, and outcomes are achieved.

This role plays a key part in maintaining operational control, protecting commercial performance, and supporting informed decision-making through accurate data, structured processes, and consistent execution

  • Risk, Penalty & Issue Management
  • Opportunity Realisation & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Reporting, Insights & Dashboard Development
  • Critical Product Support & Operational Readiness

 

The Person

Essential:

  • Significant experience in supply chain, operations, or a similar hands-on role
  • Track record of working across teams to deliver outcomes
  • Strong data skills, with confidence using Excel and working with large datasets
  • Able to turn data into clear insights and actions
  • Comfortable leading meetings and driving outcomes across different teams
  • Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail

Desirable:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering meaningful presentations to management teams.
