Commercial Operations Risk & Opportunities Manager
Role: Full-time, permanent

The Role
The purpose of this role is to lead the organisation’s Hotlist process and ensure that strategic priorities are clearly defined, communicated, and delivered across Commercial, Supply, Planning, Operation and Quality teams. The role provides critical visibility and governance around priority actions, driving cross‑functional alignment, rapid issue resolution, and accountable follow‑through.
This role is responsible for identifying and mitigating financial or contractual risks, preventing penalties, and enabling the business to realise margin, revenue, and efficiency opportunities. Through strong analytical insight, structured governance, and proactive stakeholder engagement, the role supports senior leadership in maintaining momentum on the organisation’s most important initiatives and strengthening overall commercial and operational performance.
This role will include, but not be limited to:
- Hotlist Ownership & Priority Execution
- Risk, Penalty & Issue Management
- Opportunity Realisation & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Reporting, Insights & Dashboard Development
- Critical Product Support & Operational Readiness
The Person
Essential:
- Significant experience in supply chain, operations, or commercial project management, ideally within pharmaceuticals or specialty products.
- Pharmaceutical/healthcare experience (biosimilar or generics preferred).
- Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
- Strong IT skills, including advanced MS Excel and Word; able to manipulate and analyse data effectively.
Desirable:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering meaningful presentations to management teams.
