Commercial Excellence Manager

Die Rolle
We’re looking for a Commercial Excellence Manager to join our dynamic Specialty-Brands-Team at Accord. In this exciting role, your focus will be on the creation, preparation and dissemination of business-relevant insights to the individual areas of the organization. You’ll be the strategic catalyst driving performance across sales, marketing, and customer engagement. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation, elevate sales force effectiveness (SFE), and embed data-driven decision-making into every commercial initiative.
Your responsibilities will include:
Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE):
- Design and implement SFE tools, KPIs, and dashboards
- Lead territory alignment, call planning, and incentive schemes
- Monitor field force ROI and productivity metrics
Market Intelligence & Analytics:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Translate insights into actionable strategies for product launches, pricing, and segmentation
- Develop periodic performance reports for leadership
Commercial Strategy & Planning:
- Support annual sales planning and forecasting
- Align promotional strategies with business objectives
- Drive multichannel engagement initiatives
Process Optimization:
- Lead CRM and digital tool deployment across regions
- Ensure compliance with global standards and local regulations
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as a business partner to marketing, sales, and medical affairs
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to embed excellence culture
- Champion change management and communication strategies
Die Person
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;.
- Considerable amount of experience in a commercial operations, sales support, or business analytics role, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience with contract management and tender processes in the hospital or healthcare environment.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Detail-oriented and structured working style.
- Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a service-oriented attitude
