The Role

This is a hybrid role and the the Brand Manager will be responsible for:

• Driving Generic and Speciality Brand strategy and performance by leading on strategic planning, marketing campaigns and tactical execution. 
• Delivering strategic performance-driven Marketing & Communications activities, including positioning the Accord brand and products for commercial success, through market research, customer insights and competitor intelligence.
• Creating engaging marketing and communication content, providing optimal sales force support and optimising marketing programs to ensure best in class customer engagement through every facet of the customer journey. 
• Strong cross-functional team working to drive the growth of the Generics and Speciality Brands.
• Close collaboration with the sales teams to ensure customer insights are gathered and implemented into campaigns.

The Person

• Business administration, marketing or sciences degree is required
• Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry and the IPHA/MFI Code of Compliance 
• A good understanding of the national health environment including its structure, policy, key members.
• A track record of success supporting commercial launches and/or lifecycle management.
• Prior experience of product launches in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
• Prior experience of Veeva PromoMats (or similar approval system) is preferred.
• Dynamic and history of project management in previous roles
