The Role

As Business Unit Director Specialty Brands, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the Specialty Brands Business Unit in Germany.

Working closely with the Country Director and cross-functional leadership teams, you will define and execute commercial strategies that strengthen market position, unlock new growth opportunities, and maximize the value of our Specialty Brands portfolio.

You will lead teams across Marketing, Commercial Excellence, and Sales, creating an environment where innovation, collaboration, and performance thrive.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Defining and delivering the strategic direction of the Specialty Brands Business Unit
• Driving sustainable business growth and achieving ambitious commercial objectives
• Leading and developing high-performing teams across Marketing, Commercial Excellence, and Sales
• Identifying market opportunities and translating insights into winning commercial strategies
• Building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize business performance
• Ensuring excellence in execution across the Specialty Brands portfolio
• Managing business performance, forecasting, and resource allocation to achieve strategic goals
• Driving innovation, continuous improvement, and organizational effectiveness
