Associate Director Business Information  

Role: Full-time, Permanent  

Location: Stockley Park, London 

Salary: Competitive + bonus + benefits 

 

**This role will be based ON SITE 5 days per week**

The Role

The Head of Insights & BI is a hybrid leadership and hands-on role responsible for shaping and executing the vision, strategy, and delivery of actionable insights across multiple regions. This role leads a high-performing team of analysts while also personally driving key analytical initiatives. The successful candidate will combine strong technical capabilities with commercial acumen and senior stakeholder management to influence strategic decisions and support business growth.

 

This role will include (but not be limited to):

  • Define and execute a strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
  • Personally lead high-impact analytical projects, from data integration to insight generation.
  • Own and evolve data infrastructure, integrating data from ERP, CRM, local and bespoke systems.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic recommendations based on robust analysis.
  • Contribute to the annual business planning process with data-driven insights and scenario modeling.

The Person

  • Educated to degree level in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Data Science, Life Sciences).
  • Significant experience in analytics, insights, or commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of pharmaceutical markets.
