Artwork Coordinator (6 month FTC)

Role: Full-time, Fixed Term Contract

Location: Stockley Park, West London

Salary: Competitive + bonus + benefits

 

This role will be on site 5 days per week

The Role

The EMENA Artwork Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative, coordination, and quality-focused support to the Artwork Team. The role plays a key part in tracking, monitoring, and driving artwork-related activities across their lifecycle, supporting both the Artwork Quality and Artwork Lifecycle Management functions.

  • Assist the Artwork Quality Manager and wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks that support the smooth operation of the artwork function.
  • Support for the Artwork Design, Artwork Lifecycle Management and Artwork Quality teams, including assisting with the coordination of artwork requests and change controls in the quality management system. 
  • Perform routine Quality Control (QC) checks of artwork submitted through the Artwork Management System, artwork generated by the design team, and print proofs received from manufacturing sites. 
  • Accurately record Artwork Quality checks and communicate any amendments that are needed. 
  • Support the EMENA Artwork Team by following up on overdue tasks within the Artwork Management System as required. 

The Person

Good level of English communication skills both written and spoken

Essential:

• Experienced in MS office

• Excellent attention to detail

• Problem solving attitude

• Strong communication skills

• Organised.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of print process

• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry Quality processes

• Experience of working to deadlines.
