De functie

We’re seeking a methodical and detail-focussed Artwork Coordinator to support and provide governance to our artwork labelling processes from variation submission to batch release. You will need to have a good understanding of the variation types relating to the patient safety impact of the change in artwork and be familiar with the variation timelines and the Regulatory Artwork process that must be followed within the different procedure types (CP, DCP, MRP, National).

Working from a centralised artwork management system, you’ll monitor multiple artwork change projects, from variation approval through to QP release. You’ll identify expected completion deadlines of each milestone based on the health authority approval and artwork implementation cut-off date. You will need to implement key performance indicators to track progress, identify gaps and address any bottlenecksWith your Pharma background and analytical expertise, you will prepare and present comprehensive artwork status reports, working closely with Regulatory Compliance, Supply Planners, Manufacturing sites, Quality and Artwork Lifecycle Management teams, to minimise the risk of artwork non-compliance.

 

This role is an exciting opportunity for an individual experienced in Regulatory and Artwork to apply their skills to a tracking and data analysis role working with multiple functions within the Accord business.

De kandidaat

  • Previous experience in a similar responsible Regulatory Artwork role, within the pharmaceutical industry with an understanding of artwork lifecycle processes
  • Good understanding of European Regulatory requirements
  • Strong organisation skills, able to manage multiple tasks to deadline, in a busy and changeable work environment, whilst maintain a good eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), able to liaise with all levels of authority appropriately and navigate cultural differences with ease
  • Good problem solver, able to think on your feet with incomplete information
  • Naturally curious, keen to learn and process-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Able to work on own initiative, but also as part of a collaborative team
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly (experience in Power BI would be beneficial).
  • Good Excel skills – able to use formulas and manipulate data and create reports to draw out meaning
