The Role
The primary objective of this position is to engage in clinical detailing activities aimed at promoting and educating prescribers and influencers about our Speciality Brands portfolio. This involves conducting sales and promotional initiatives for Accords SB products, targeting both hospital and retail channels. The key responsibilities include managing accounts effectively, identifying opportunities to achieve exceptional outcomes, and enhancing market share to meet predetermined volume targets. Additionally, the role entails overseeing the SB channel within the designated territory, demonstrating commercial awareness and leveraging strong business acumen to drive success.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to introduce the new product to specialists (Urologists, Oncologists and Radio-Therapistcs)
- Building corporate and brand awareness to stakeholders
- Create and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Develop and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders to showcase the benefits of the new product
- Attend national/International conferences or other industry events to promote our speciality brand franchise and network with potential clients
The Person
- Bachelor's degree in in life sciences, business, marketing or related field
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or account management, preferably in hospital environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts
- An in-depth knowledge of concerned Therapeutic areas
- Experience of biologic/biosimilar therapies as well as an understanding of the therapeutic context including the competitor landscape.
